As we are planning to expand the capacity and the services of our Parkhotel Brno, the following changes will be done on the premises of 4000 m2 connected with the hotel grounds:
- a reconstruction of an existing cultural monument which is situated in the protection zone of a conservation area (number 48370/7-7686)
- it is a valuable eclectic villa from the year 1901 with a large staircase which has ornamental candlewood; the villa will be reconstructed into the original look and a modern annex for congress and party rooms for cca 100 persons including intergrated facilities
- new accommodaiton area
- a luxurious suite of 160 m2
- a stylish wine bar, enlargement of the existing outside terrace
- enlargement of a covered parking lot with a capacity of extra 20 parking places
- and all this in a newly planned greenery of interesting conifers and rhododendrons
