Grilling
Cooking on a natural grill in the PARK HOTEL Brno is not only offered during the summer months, which naturally add an unforgettable atmosphere to it, but also during the other seasons. The terrace is sheltered for protection against adverse weather conditions. We grill on charcoal or mature fruit tree (plum tree) wood dried for 10 years:
- larded pork leg from a young pig
- pork leg, larded and pre-smoked
- marinated grilled piglet
- marinated lamb leg
- marinated turkey, larded with bacon and root vegetables
- chickens
- fresh fish according to the offer of the day

Steaks are marinated in the following marinades
- American (oil, onion, Dijon mustard, Worchester sauce, wine vinegar, tomato juice, sugar)
- Greek (butter, white wine, lemon juice, honey, onion, pepper, oregano)
- Asian (tomato juice, garlic, honey, soy sauce, ginger)
- Mexican (chilli, pepper, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, pepper, oregano)
- French (red wine, olive oil, sugar, garlic, pepper)
- For fish (olive oil, pepper, lemon juice, dill)
- For tuna (capers, pickled onions, gherkins, olive oil with honey, onion)
- Herb (garlic, olive oil, rosemary, basil)
- With beer (beer, ketchup, soy sauce, thyme, rosemary)
Side dishes served with grilled meals
